Report a Policy Violation
When did it suddenly become cool to hate everything? It's a growing problem, especially in the entertainment world, and no one benefits from an increasingly hard to please, pessimistic audience.

Posing my hand like this right after another hurt like hell, just so you know. But anyway.. I'm really getting used to the way I implement my pastels. The rough side is pretty much bomb for doing it the way I do.. I start out with the light(er/est) color and then let it fade to the paper color for my dark(est) dark(s). Afterwards, I take the darkest color and deepen the shadows. Instead of having to put a ton of different colors onto the paper, I use the paper as a midtone.. or a middle shadow color (technical names.. PFFFT who needs 'em?)
